Tugboat Printshop accepts the following forms of payment: CHECK, CASH (in person), MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARD, and PAYPAL. Please CONTACT US to determine your total bill, including shipping rates, before sending payments. If you would like to pay by card over the phone, call 412-621-0663. Please do not send cash in the mail.
LOCAL TO PITTSBURGH? If you are local to Pittsburgh (or are visiting) you can arrange a studio visit to shop for prints in person by calling us at 412-621-0663 or sending an E-MAIL to schedule an appointment.
Sales tax is charged on all Pennsylvania orders.
All listings in our store have "ADD TO CART" buttons that allow you to purchase multiple items using PAYPAL. To purchase prints from our shop, simply click "ADD TO CART" for each print you'd like to buy. You can adjust quantities in your cart to purchase multiples of the same print. To view items added to your cart, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of any page on our site.
PAYPAL is the global leader in online payments & offers a safe, secure way to purchase items online. A PAYPAL account is not required to securely checkout using PAYPAL. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.
Prints are packaged in clear, resealable sleeves with coroplast backing and are ready for gifting, propping up on a shelf, or safely transporting until framed. Prints are NOT MOUNTED to the protective coroplast backing.
All prints are securely packaged for shipping in sturdy cardboard packaging and are insured for the value of your order. Tugboat Printshop will not be held accountable for any damage to prints that may occur during shipment or orders lost in the mail. We trust the USPS & Fedex to safely and efficiently deliver your order in great condition and on schedule.
Packages are insured for the full cost of purchase, so in event that damage occurs, full reimbursement can be claimed. A shipping confirmation e-mail including your order's tracking number will be sent to you when your package has been received by USPS or Fedex for shipment.
We are unable to replace any prints damaged during shipment with new copies. In event that your prints are damaged during shipment, please contact USPS immediately to start the process of filing an insurance claim. Since our packages are insured in full for shipping, you will be able to claim full reimbursement.
Large scale prints, any framed prints, and works on canvas are sent in tubes; small prints are packaged flat. All prints, unless otherwise arranged, are shipped USPS INSURED PRIORITY MAIL. Your order will be shipped out from Pittsburgh within 1-5 days, unless otherwise noted on our site. USPS PRIORITY MAIL typically takes 2-3 days to deliver within the United States and 7-14 days internationally.
Please CONTACT US if you have special delivery needs. Additional charges apply to orders requesting special delivery or rush delivery.
IS YOUR ORDER A GIFT?
If your print order is a gift & you need it to arrive by a certain date, please be sure to let us know! Leave a short message with your purchase during checkout, call 412-621-0663, or E-MAIL with details. If you'd like us to include a TO/FROM note, we can do that as well.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
International orders purchased through our online store ship USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL. Packages are insured for the value of your order. A USPS e-mail notice will be sent to the address provided at checkout with tracking information for your package. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Tugboat Printshop reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees to orders sent to countries with higher postage rates than are covered by our online International Rates. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $300 NOW SHIP FREE!
USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL does not offer full insured delivery to some countries. If full insured delivery is not an option, packages sent PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL with the maximum insurance coverage available. Tugboat Printshop cannot replace any orders that are lost and damaged in shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: You may be required by your local post office to pay fees/tarriffs/customs duties on international shipments. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the price of your order. Returns are not accepted.

If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any problems or advise according.
