PAYMENT POLICY:

Tugboat Printshop accepts the following forms of payment: CHECK, CASH (in person), MONEY ORDER,
CREDIT CARD, and PAYPAL. Please contact us to determine your total bill, including shipping rates,
before sending payments by check or money order. Please do not send cash in the mail!
Checks and money orders should be made out to "Tugboat Printshop."
Payment must be received in full before work can begin and before work can be dropped off at
Tugboat Printshop.
If you do not live in Pittsburgh, payments through Paypal invoicing can be arranged.

No work may leave our shop until payments have cleared in full.
DISCOUNTS:

We are dedicated to making your work look good at an affordable price. We typically offer all artists
a 10% discount for anything that will be in a public exhibit. For anyone with large orders, we offer
a 10% discount for 6 or more similarly sized and framed pieces averaging 40 dollars or more each.
For customers with 6 or more pieces averaging 100 dollars or more each, we offer a 15% discount.
Discounts are only for in-stock materials.
Large orders of not-stocked materials may receive half of the discount.
We generally do not discount small works of less than 25 dollars.
Discounts are not cumulative.
RUSH POLICY:

We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround, but reserve the right to charge a rush fee for anything
that must be completed in a very limited time.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:

We can package work for shipping, and are able to ship to any destination in the United States.
Packaging rates vary widely, and shipping charges are forwarded on to the customer.
